Products
Each Cleonails set is individually handmade. Slight variations in color, pattern, texture, hand-painted details, or embellishment placement are natural and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment
Prices, discounts, shipping fees, taxes, and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment. Any cancelled paid order will be appropriately refunded.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
