Returns & Refunds

Each Cleonails set is individually handmade to order. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

Handmade Variations
Slight variations in color, pattern placement, shape, texture, hand-painted details, or embellishment placement may naturally occur. Colors may also vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. These minor differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives significantly damaged, has a clear defect that affects normal use, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Sizing
Please check our sizing guide carefully before ordering. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selections.

Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
